Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Benefits Administrator : - Administer the company's retirement plans, including overseeing employee enrollments, deferral changes, distributions, and terminations. - Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination between the payroll department and plan provider. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll contributions and plan data. - Monitor plan compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL requirements, and coordinate annual testing and audits. - Respond to employee questions regarding plan participation, loan options, distributions, vesting, upcoming retirement and other plan features.
