Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Marketing Coordinator:
Support the planning and execution of promotional and operational activities related to our client's private label and co-brand credit card programs.
Collaborate with internal partners and external vendors to ensure timelines and tasks are executed successfully.
Assist with coordinating marketing and merchandising activities, including promotional campaigns, cardholder offers, and lifecycle communications.
Track marketing and creative production timelines and update key stakeholders on progress.
Support reporting activities by gathering and organizing data for marketing performance metrics.
Required Skills for Marketing Coordinator:
2+ years of retail marketing project management experience.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Demonstrated skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience with project tracking tools such as Asana and Ariba is a plus.
Outstanding attention to detail, timelines, and deadlines.
Ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
