In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that  the business practices and arrangements with referral sources are compliant with federal fraud, waste, and abuse laws, as well as other healthcare regulations. What You’ll Do: As a Manager, Corporate Compliance, you will:
  • Review and assess compliance risks in proposed arrangements with referral sources to ensure alignment with company policies, including fair market value, business rationale, and partner selection criteria.
  • Evaluate compliance for various agreements, including medical director agreements, personal services agreements, transactions, and leases.
  • Advise business leaders on compliance with federal healthcare industry laws and regulations, with a strong focus on preventing fraud, waste, and abuse.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to identify and resolve compliance issues.
