Position Overview/Responsibilities for the HR Coordinator :

• Support a variety of Human Resources functions in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Employee Services, Employment, HR Systems, Records Management, Reporting and Compliance Programs.

• Process all transactions in the company's applicant tracking system as part of full cycle recruitment.

• Prepare all communication with newly hired employees, providing instruction on new hire forms, setting expectations on new hire timeline and answering/directing questions.

• Partner with IT to ensure timely set-up and arrival of new hire equipment.

• Assist scheduling and conduction of new hire orientation.

• Ensure compliance of our client's location with the USCIS requirements regarding I-9s, E-Verify visas and work authorizations.

Required Skills for HR Coordinator :

• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience as an admin, coordinator, assistant, or specialist.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ADP, and any Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Experience working for a mid-large size company.

• Recruiting experience: posting jobs and managing the full onboarding setup.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Knowledge of wage laws & labor laws, confidentiality.

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automated testing, particularly within healthcare or other regulated industries. This person will play a key role in developing test plans, executing test cases, and maintaining robust automation pipelines. A successful candidate will be highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and skilled in Python-based testing, API validation, and mobile testing.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in QA/testing, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and functional testing
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and test automation
• Experience designing and executing comprehensive API testing
• Hands-on experience with mobile testing across platforms
• Ability to produce detailed QA documentation (test plans, test cases, bug reports)
• Strong English communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in one or more of -
• Testing a consumer-facing application across Web, Mobile Web, and Mobile Native.
• Exposure to several automated testing frameworks appropriate for testing React and FastAPI based applications (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, XCUITest, Espresso etc).
• Containerized microservices in Google Cloud Platform (particularly Cloud Run).

• Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)

• C2C Pay Rate: $120.00
• Terms: 1+ year contract 

• Manage the procurement of services (e.g., Legal, Consulting, Marketing) and goods using free text contracts and purchase orders—no material master required.

• Maintain full compliance with S/4HANA MM Purchasing standards, leveraging integrated features.

• Support organization-wide creation of purchase requisitions against existing contracts.

• Enable automatic PO creation upon requisition approval or after PO generation.

• Conduct two-way invoice matching (no GR/SES required) using MIRO transaction.

• 6+ years of experience in SAP consulting or within an SAP-enabled organization, delivering implementation and support services.

• Proven background working with the S/4HANA MM Purchasing module.

• Proficiency in managing free text POs and contracts without material masters.

• Skilled in two-way match invoice verification using MIRO.

• Familiar with automatic PO creation and purchase requisition management.

• Experience in vendor invoice handling, including document imaging and integration.

• Deep understanding of approval workflows for procurement and payment.
