We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the coordination between technical teams, advancing missile defense capabilities from prototypes to operational solutions. This role involves collaborating with engineers, analysts, and developers to create integrated solutions for regional and global defense scenarios. Location: Colorado Springs, CO (Permanent, Onsite) Key Responsibilities of the Technical Product Owner:
  • Work with X-Lab Agile teams to build integrated solutions and prototypes.
  • Analyze complex data related to command, control, track state vectors, and sensor tasking.
  • Design and extend analysis tools shared across teams.
  • Support the development of technology roadmaps and experiment plans.
  • Conduct trade studies and provide technical analysis as needed.
Required Experience & Skills of the Technical Product Owner:
  • 15+ years of related experience; advanced degrees in Physics or related fields can substitute for experience.
  • Experience as a technical lead with Ballistic Missile Defense or C2BMC programs.
  • Strong background in systems engineering, track state estimation, and related missile defense technologies.
  • Expertise in kinematic modeling, tracking, and EOIR/RF phenomenology.
  • Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
