IDR is seeking a Global Fundraising Support Specialist - Russian to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN (preferred) - open to remote candidates as well. This role will support international foundation partners by strengthening fundraising and organizational capacity across Europe and Central Asia. You will help ensure clear communication, effective program support, and smooth operational coordination for global initiatives.

Position Overview for the Global Fundraising Support Specialist - Russian
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned global foundation partners in Europe and Central Asia
  • Coordinate and manage partner communications, including regular check-ins, calls, and touchpoints
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the team’s CRM related to foundation revenue, priority education opportunities, and challenges
  • Provide program support for ALSAC-owned programs, including assessments, workshops, and follow-on strategy planning
  • Assist with logistics for ALSAC-led workshops, travel, and on-site events held abroad
Requirements for the Global Fundraising Support Specialist - Russian:
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience working within a complex environment at senior levels, with strong planning, organizational, and management capabilities
  • Knowledge of fundraising, operations, marketing, and public relations is beneficial
  • Ability to provide translation services (verbal and written) in real time for training sessions and workshops
  • Fluency in Russian (oral and written) is required; additional languages are a plus

  • Perform hands-on upgrades of Windows 10 systems to Windows 11 across various departments.
  • Run and monitor deployment scripts via SCCM to ensure successful upgrades.
  • Validate post-deployment functionality before proceeding to the next device.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to schedule upgrades with minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues that may arise during or after the deployment, and document upgrade status and report any recurring issues.
Required Skills for the Windows Deployment Technician:
  • 1+ years of experience in IT support, systems deployment, or related field.
  • Hands-on experience with SCCM for software or OS deployment.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, especially Windows 10 and 11.
  • Ability to travel to medical facilities around the Great Philadelphia area.
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare environment and/or a HIPPA-compliant facility
