Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Operations Manager:
- Create and manage the overall product launch roadmap and associated tools
- Develop structures, rituals, and tools to manage collaboration with contributors across the organization
- Build connections with co-development partners
- Facilitate strategy-defining workshops for marquee creative
- Partner closely with the Mobile Team, developing implementation strategies for new tools and requirements
- Create educational materials and programming for onboarding teams to Mobile audiences and requirements
Required Skills for Operations Manager:
- Proven experience in operations management

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Database Administrator III:
Develop and implement comprehensive migration strategies from Netsmart's myAvatar EHR to a new SaaS model EHR.
Ensure that all aspects of the data migration comply with standards, including clinical data management and security.
Conduct rigorous testing of the migration process, including creating and executing Unit test scripts, managing test scenarios, analyzing test results, and debugging issues.
Provide regular updates on the migration progress to all project stakeholders.
Facilitate the smooth transition to the new system by providing strategic oversight and support post-migration.
Required Skills for Database Administrator III:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in database management systems and data migration, particularly in healthcare EHR systems like Netsmart myAvatar.
Proficiency in utilizing InterSystems Cach Database, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server SQL and database scripting to facilitate effective data migration processes.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, essential for producing clear project documentation and engaging effectively with stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal abilities to lead diverse teams and inspire high productivity and collaboration among team members.
In-depth knowledge of current IT industry trends and market insights, applying them strategically within the organization.
