Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator (Construction):
• Support the department by managing standard operating procedures, file management, and financial reporting. • Handle the reconciliation and closure of financial and administrative documents, ensuring timely processing of invoices and pay applications. • Collaborate with internal and external team members to manage Tenant Improvement Allowance, license applications, and construction notices. • Assist in the bidding process, document storage, and verification of new store addresses. • Provide support in the use of Project Management Software and coordinate ad-hoc reporting as requested by leadership.Required Skills for Project Coordinator (Construction):
