This role involves supporting employment law matters, including immigration and compliance, within a dynamic corporate legal environment. The position offers the chance to work on a variety of legal projects and collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel.

Position Overview for the Paralegal:

  • Assist counsel with a broad scope of employment law matters including, but not limited to, immigration, recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, wage and hour, leaves of absence, accommodations, discrimination and harassment, performance management and discipline, termination of employment, workplace safety, and government audits
  • Track immigration petitions and applications filed with government agencies, monitor case progress, and ensure timely submission of additional documents
