We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging techniques and be committed to providing high-quality patient care. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in performing imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver accurate diagnoses.
Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and aseptic techniques during all imaging procedures.

Prepare patients for examinations by explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging procedures performed.

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to discuss imaging results and assist in diagnosis.

Operate imaging equipment safely and effectively while maintaining quality control standards.

Stay updated on advancements in radiology technology and techniques to enhance patient care.
Skills
-
Proficient in medical terminology relevant to radiology and patient care.

Strong knowledge of physiology to understand the human body for accurate imaging.

Experience with various imaging modalities including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, PET scan, mammography, and diagnostic radiology.

Ability to apply aseptic techniques in clinical settings.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.

Strong attention to detail for maintaining high standards of patient safety and image quality.
