Required Skills for IT & OT Systems Support Engineer :
Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination

Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of IT and OT Infrastructure
Ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot through PLC and HMI codes
Professional certifications as appropriate
