  • Demonstrated expertise in advanced, customized research methodologies (e.g., segmentation, tracking, discrete choice/conjoint, max diff, ethnography, web usability)
  • Strong applied research project management skills across qualitative and quantitative study design, instrument development, and stakeholder/vendor management
  • Mandatory hands-on experience with SPSS (or comparable statistical software) and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint-based reporting
