5+ years of hands-on experience with Delphi (Object Pascal)

Fluent in Spanish and English – able to support Spanish-speaking stakeholders
Comfortable working Mexico time zone (Mountain Time) schedule
Strong understanding of client-server architecture and Windows OS environments
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
Familiarity with Firebird 4 and Report Builder
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
Prior work in a technical support or customer-facing engineering role
Exposure to REST APIs, web services, and cross-platform integrations
