• Managing a team of Managers and Supervisors
• Leading major infrastructure projects
• Overseeing vendor relationships and budget management
• Navigating both on-premise and cloud environments (AWS or Azure)

Required Skills for IT Infrastructure Manager:

• Hands-on technical background with deep knowledge of both on-premise and cloud environments (AWS or Azure – no preference)
• Strong experience in systems (servers) and networking; able to guide, troubleshoot, and support technical teams across enterprise infrastructure
• Well-rounded infrastructure expertise across cloud, networking, systems, and security domains
• Experience managing third-party vendors, including contract negotiation, service level management, and performance oversight
• Responsible for infrastructure budgeting and forecasting in alignment with organizational goals
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in an infrastructure environment
