Position Overview for the Senior Marketing Campaign Analyst:

• Build and scale customer journey automations, including welcome, win-back, abandoned cart, and loyalty campaigns
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push, and direct mail platforms
• Partner with data teams to integrate customer and transactional data, utilizing SQL queries for segmentation
• Test, measure, and optimize automated campaign performance to meet business objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data engineering teams to ensure technical requirements are aligned and workflows operate smoothly

Requirements for the Senior Marketing Campaign Analyst:

• 3+ years of hands-on campaign development experience in SFMC, Adobe Campaign, Braze, Responsys, Zeta, or equivalent platforms
• Intermediate SQL skills and experience with APIs or data integration techniques
• Strong coding skills, including personalization scripting, HTML, and CSS for email development
• Proven track record of building scalable and high-performing lifecycle marketing programs
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills with experience handling large data sets and relational databases

• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, instruments, and surgical equipment.
• Assist in patient preparation and positioning for surgeries.
• Anticipate surgical team needs, passing instruments and supplies.
• Perform surgical counts with circulating nurse to ensure safety.
• Transport patients, specimens, and equipment as necessary.
• Clean and organize the operating room for subsequent procedures.
• Facilitate case cart preparation, ensuring all required supplies are available.
• Assist in Labor & Delivery with patient care, newborn care, and surgical procedures such as C-sections and tubal ligations.
• Monitor sterile technique, addressing and correcting breaks in sterility.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked work environment.

• Operating Room Expeditor: Coordinate case cart delivery, retrieve and prepare instruments, and support room setup.
• Turnover Tech: Assist with patient transport, cleaning, and equipment setup for the next procedure.

• Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program or 5+ years of OR experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

• Open to new grads and less than 1 year experience but you must have a certification in Surgical Technology from an accredited school or program

Analyze and interpret real-world data related to mission defense.

Develop and update algorithms to optimize data usage.

Assist in planning and developing verification analysis tools.

Coordinate and maintain analysis and test tracking tools.

Ensure proper backup and archiving of test products and datasets.

Required Skills for Systems Analyst E3:

U.S. Citizenship with Top Secret clearance.

Strong understanding of missile defense concepts and communication systems.

Proficiency in MATLAB for complex data analysis.

Familiarity with Unix/Linux, Agile Scrum, and continuous integration.

Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience or Bachelor's with 9+ years of experience.
