Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Account Specialist - Tax ID:

 
  • Correct and update accounts in the database that are missing TAX ID certificates.

  • Assist in finalizing a new process for obtaining TAX IDs at the time of setting up a new account.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the compliance department for Tax ID processing.

  • Make outbound calls and emails to customers to obtain updated TAX ID information.

  • Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve customer issues and questions.

  • Attend and engage in department-level meetings and team huddles.

This is a contract position through May 29, 2026, with a hybrid work schedule. The successful candidate will be required to work in our client's location on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7 am to 3:30 pm PST.
