Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Retail Media Ad Operations Analyst:Launch and monitor retail media advertising campaigns for a diverse set of clients
Track campaign performance to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations
Monitor advertising budgets and pacing, flagging any discrepancies and ensuring campaigns stay on budget
Use reporting tools such as Google Ad Manager (GAM), Criteo, Meta, Pinterest, and Google Ads to analyze campaign performance and surface actionable insights
Make data-driven optimization recommendations to improve campaign performance and efficiency
Required Skills for Retail Media Ad Operations Analyst:
2+ years of experience in digital advertising or media operations, preferably at an agency
Strong familiarity with reporting tools such as GAM, Criteo, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, and Google Ads
Solid understanding of budget management and campaign pacing
Analytical thinker with the ability to spot trends, detect issues, and propose solutions
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
