Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Coordinator:Scheduling releases in supply chain systems and managing new release stock order status
Collecting assets for Preorder and New Release setups
Managing Catalog reorders for manufacturing orders and label-supplied PO requests
Managing Label Product Orders and liaising with Supply Chain to meet delivery deadlines
Supporting department team members as needed
This is a 6-month contract with a high potential for extension
Required Skills for Supply Chain Coordinator:
1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the music industry
Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
