Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Epic Application Analyst:Active participation in all phases of application systems analysis, workflow analysis, build, design, testing, interface knowledge, and programming activities.
Utilize comprehensive knowledge of the inpatient/outpatient registration/scheduling environment and hospital operations, procedures/functions, and the relationships between them.
Exhibit solid knowledge of the registration and scheduling workflows and the integration with clinical processes and practices.
Meet onsite (hybrid) requirements approximately 1 week per month in San Mateo County, CA.
Required Skills for Epic Application Analyst:
Active EPIC certification in Professional Billing and Claims.
Minimum of 2 years of Epic model design, build, implementation experience within a healthcare organization.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Competency to work at the highest technical level of all phases of application systems analysis.
