Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Area Controller:
Lead the financial reporting, planning, and analysis processes for assigned manufacturing sites.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
Review and approve journal entries proposed by Plant Accounting Personnel.
Analyze variances to standard to develop insights for operational improvements.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics to support operational decision-making.
Maintain and enforce strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills for Sr. Area Controller:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop a team; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and analysis.
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

Serve as the key point of contact between Georgia Access, CMS, EDE partners, and internal stakeholders.
Create and update project plans and documentation while delivering consistent progress reports to leadership.
Track CMS updates to the EDE program and collaborate internally to evaluate and implement necessary changes.

Required Skills for Integration Lead/Project Manager:
