Additionally, it includes managing hardware and software assets by updating and maintaining records in the asset management system, contacting users to validate asset information, and tracking assets through soft audits. Required Skills for the IT Support Technician:

• 2+ years of experience working in IT Support
• 1+ years of experience with Hardware/Software Asset Management
• Experience working with MS Office Suite
