IDR is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Beverly Hills. • Scheduling releases in supply chain systems and managing new release stock order status

• Collecting assets for Preorder and New Release setups

• Managing Catalog reorders for manufacturing orders and label-supplied PO requests

• Managing Label Product Orders and liaising with Supply Chain to meet delivery deadlines

• Supporting department team members as needed

• This is a 6-month contract with a high potential for extension

Required Skills for Supply Chain Coordinator:

• 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the music industry

• Strong organizational, administrative, and analytical skills

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
