This role will oversee cross-functional PODs, ensuring tight coordination across technical teams, AI/data initiatives, and enterprise integration layers.

Position Overview / Responsibilities:

• Lead program execution across CRM, ERP, data, and integration workstreams

• Manage re-platforming of AX 2009 to Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service) & F&O (Finance, SCM)

• Coordinate POD-based delivery teams across D365, Databricks, and integration layers

• Drive implementation of IPPD 365 framework enhanced by DevOps and GenAI tools

• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
