Project Manager – Dynamics 365 Program Delivery  Locations: Chicago, Charlotte, Atlanta or New York Schedule: Fully onsite 5 days a week

IDR is seeking a Project Manager to lead a large-scale transformation initiative re-platforming legacy ERP and CRM systems (AX 2009) to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O. This role will oversee cross-functional PODs, ensuring tight coordination across technical teams, AI/data initiatives, and enterprise integration layers.

Position Overview / Responsibilities:

• Lead program execution across CRM, ERP, data, and integration workstreams

• Manage re-platforming of AX 2009 to Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service) & F&O (Finance, SCM)

• Coordinate POD-based delivery teams across D365, Databricks, and integration layers

• Drive implementation of IPPD 365 framework enhanced by DevOps and GenAI tools

• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

• Manage risk mitigation, issue resolution, reporting, and steering committee meetings

• Oversee integration with platforms including Shopify, Espresa, Paymentech, SendGrid

• Govern Dual-write configuration and Databricks Lakehouse enablement (bronze–silver–gold)

• Support rollout of Microsoft Copilot and Customer Insights across pet owner use cases

Required Skills:

• 8–12 years of enterprise project management experience

• Strong knowledge of D365 CE & F&O (Sales, Service, Finance, SCM)

• Experience with Azure, Databricks, Microsoft DevOps, and Dual-write

• Demonstrated success in cross-platform migrations and AI-enhanced delivery

• Knowledge of B2B/B2C organizational structures and legal entity models

• Ability to lead PODs and manage delivery across technical and business domains

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with IPPD 365, Microsoft Copilot, Customer Insights, and Dataverse

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or Microsoft Dynamics

• Experience in real-time data synchronization and integration best practices
