  • Provide support for a Microsoft-based network, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, and basic desktop and networking issues.

  • Assist with the deployment process, including asset receipt, equipment staging, deployment execution, and updating asset management systems.
  • Perform data transfer and recovery, email administration, and prepare assets for disposition, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to technical manuals and instructions.
REQUIREMENTS:
    • High School Diploma and 2 years of professional customer service experience supporting PC and Macintosh desktop computing hardware.

    • 2+ years in a client - facing role ( working with clinical staff, asset inventory)
