  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Space Planning, Inventory, Assortment Analytics, Visual, Store Design, and Store Operations to ensure floor plans align with business objectives and customer needs

  • Engage merchant and space teams with pre-planning deliverables, including store-planogram assignments, recommended brand adjacencies, and analytics

  • Present and influence complex ideas, translating them into simple, digestible documentation for team members

  • Utilize Floorplan Optimization tools, and department lines to make data-driven recommendations

Required Skills for Floor Planner:

 
  • Experience working with Blue Yonder (JDA) Floor Planning software

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, retail management, or interior design preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations, space planning, or merchandising

  • Strong working knowledge in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
