Responsibilities: 

  • Real-Time Social Monitoring: Oversee and respond to real-time conversations on social channels, utilizing automation tools to stay connected and escalate important discussions promptly

  • Social Listening:  Conduct audits of community conversations on owned social media channels to identify key themes, audience sentiment, and emerging trends, and provide market analysis on competitors, influencers, and customer interactions in the beauty space.

  • Insight Generation and Reporting: Develop and streamline internal reporting to benchmark social channel performance against KPIs and goals, and translate social listening data into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Measurement and Evaluation: Create and manage benchmark reporting and best practices for tracking KPIs, and lead all brand social marketing reporting and evaluation to communicate results and impact to the business.

  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with various internal teams, including product development, partner marketing, and sales, to support ongoing social listening requests and refine community engagement strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree (marketing specialization preferred), plus 5-6 years of social listening/analytics experience

  • Understanding how to extrapolate insights and illustrate the greater business impact

  • Experience with data analysis and reporting working in a marketing department or agency setting; proven strong analytical and detail-oriented skills required

  • Experience mapping social listening data to industry trends

  • Strong understanding of the consumer decision journey and marketing funnel
