Position Overview for the UAT Support Analyst:

  • Support overall UAT coordination by liaising between the state agency, IT partners, and system integrators to facilitate testing activities and track readiness tasks.
  • Maintain and support UAT planning artifacts, including updating the master UAT Test Plan and Work Plan.
  • Coordinate the defect management process, including scheduling triage meetings, tracking defect lifecycles, and documenting issues.
