Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Account Manager:
Engage in 100% outside sales, focusing on accounts across Tennessee, including Memphis, Chattanooga, Nashville, and Knoxville.
Develop and maintain strong relationships through in-person, field-based interactions, driving revenue and expanding the regional manufacturing book of business.
Execute full-cycle sales with complex sales cycles ranging from 8 to 12 months, targeting companies based on size and employee count.
Build prospect lists, map decision-makers, and schedule meetings to present complex solution sales focused on business outcomes.
Leverage existing relationships to gain early traction and maintain pipeline visibility.
Required Skills for Account Manager:
Minimum of 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience, with a focus on managed services or similar complex solutions.
Proven track record of quota achievement and measurable sales results.
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to leverage existing connections.

Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Associate Researcher:
Collaborate with our client's Global Research Operations team to ensure seamless execution of research studies, including scheduling and participant recruitment.
Assist in designing and setting up tests and surveys for playtests, ensuring they align with research requirements.
Conduct usability studies and playtests by moderating sessions, observing participants, and compiling actionable insights.
Support researchers in creating clear and concise research reports by compiling and analyzing results.
Facilitate group discussions with players and assist in the overall execution of user-tests, including setup and post-test clean-up.
Required Skills for Associate Researcher:
At least 6 months of experience in user research or group discussion moderation.
Familiarity with VALORANT or a strong understanding of its systems and language.
Proficiency with survey software such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or Question Pro.
