Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project work plans using Microsoft Project (MPP)
• Create and deliver weekly and monthly status reports using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Support Jira setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for project tracking
• Assist with project coordination activities, including co-location logistics and team support
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for project team members
• Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with PMO standards and processes
• Support requirements traceability and documentation efforts
• Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project visibility and alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
• Experience supporting PMO functions and project coordination activities
• Strong experience with status reporting and project documentation
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
