Requirements:
  • 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience (full lifecycle implementation).
  • Strong expertise in core modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalog, HRSD, HRMS, and CSM.
  • Proven experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), workflows, and enterprise integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Prior exposure to Medicaid Health Systems.
