Position Overview for the Fieldglass Administrator:
• Provide day-to-day system administration and operational support for SAP Fieldglass • Manage key transactions including job postings, work orders, worker records, timesheets, and expenses • Monitor workflows/approvals, troubleshoot issues, and resolve routine exceptions to keep work moving • Support end users with access, navigation, and process guidance across Fieldglass • Perform audits and reporting (Excel-based), improving data quality and identifying process enhancementsRequirements for the Fieldglass Administrator:
• 1–2+ years of hands-on SAP Fieldglass experience (required) • 2–4+ years of experience in operations, system administration, vendor/workforce programs, or similar support roles • Experience supporting Fieldglass workflows such as work orders, timesheets/expenses, and approval routing • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple requests independentlyWhat’s in it for you?
