Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the technical lead and product owner for all Pega development efforts.
  • Deliver high-quality, hands-on development using Pega BPM tools, while providing technical direction to the team.
  • Lead and mentor the development team, installing Pega best practices and enforcing guardrail compliance.
  • Architect and implement end-to-end solutions including data modeling, case life cycle design, case hierarchy, UX/UI, security, error handling, and reporting.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, testing oversight, and quality assurance to reduce defect rates and improve release stability.
  • Design and guide the development of new Pega workflows, driving reusability, scalability, and performance.
  • Identify risks in upcoming production releases and proactively prevent or mitigate production-level issues.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Pega BPM development with hands-on implementation across multiple Pega projects.
  • Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA).
  • Proven experience designing, building, and deploying robust Pega applications across full project life cycles.
  • In-depth knowledge of Pega 8.x (or later) including case management, rules, flows, agents, activities, and integrations.
  • Experience leading Pega development teams and mentoring developers on best practices and architecture.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to foresee potential defects and prevent them before entering QA or production.
