  • Assist with the deployment process, including asset receipt, equipment staging, deployment execution, and updating asset management systems.
  • Perform data transfer and recovery, email administration, and prepare assets for disposition, while maintaining attention to detail and adhering to technical manuals and instructions.
REQUIREMENTS:
    • High School Diploma and 2 years of professional customer service experience supporting PC and Macintosh desktop computing hardware.
    • Skills must include knowledge of Operating Systems and configuration, hardware configuration, and software installation.
    • 2+ years in a client - facing role ( working with clinical staff, asset inventory)
    • Experience dealing with over 5 daily pc refreshes/ 25 weekly pc refreshes
