Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Epic Application Coordinator - Cadence:
Provide technical expertise in the Epic Cadence application
Design and implement workflows within the Epic system, translating clinical and financial requirements into effective system configurations
Troubleshoot and provide high-level support for the Epic system
Collaborate with various teams, including IT and clinical staff, on new system implementations
Maintain current Epic certification and stay informed about changes in Epic and healthcare IT
Required Skills for Epic Application Coordinator - Cadence:
Solid experience with Epic systems, particularly in the clinical or revenue cycle areas
Proven ability to design and implement workflows within the Epic system
Strong problem-solving abilities and experience in handling tough situations, particularly when on-call

Responsibilities:Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for document capture and data extraction workflows.
Design and implement intelligent document capture solutions using IBM Datacap and AWS Textract, focusing on document classification, data extraction, and workflow automation.
Develop and customize Datacap application flows, rulesets, and components using tools such as Datacap Studio and Datacap Navigator.
Configure recognition and extraction rules to optimize accuracy and performance in IBM Datacap.
Integrate capture solutions with enterprise platforms such as IBM FileNet, content management systems, ERP solutions, and other line-of-business applications.
Develop custom scripts and modules to extend functionality and enable seamless system integration.
Perform unit, integration, and system-level testing to ensure the reliability and accuracy of developed solutions.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, QA testers, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Proven experience developing and customizing solutions in IBM Datacap and integrating with IBM FileNet.
Hands-on experience with AWS Textract for document data extraction.
Strong understanding of document processing workflows, OCR/ICR technologies, and intelligent data capture techniques.
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages relevant to Datacap (e.g., VBScript, JavaScript, .NET).
Experience with system integration and API-based development.
Familiarity with enterprise document management and workflow systems.
