Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IS App Analyst II:
Providing primary application support for CityWorks PLL, serving over 700 users across various departments
Conducting application testing and troubleshooting for all CityWorks and related systems and applications
Performing application configuration based on user requests, adapting to constantly changing priorities
Creating or modifying reports or forms in Cityworks and associated systems using Crystal Reports and SQL queries
Coordinating and communicating effectively with users, team members, process owners, departments, ITS technical team, and consultants
Writing SQL queries to extract data based on user or public requests, and SQL scripts to insert or update data
Required Skills for IS App Analyst II:
Ability to learn quickly and understand the operations of customer agencies
Strong independent judgment in interpreting and applying procedures to specific cases
Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
Experience writing SQL queries/scripts and with complex Crystal Report writing
Proven experience supporting users with issues resolution, data analysis, reporting, and data extracts
Familiarity with report or form development and maintenance
Experience with end-user testing, including preparing and updating testing environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
