Pay Rate: $28-$30 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Logistics Warehouse Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer support, ensure accurate order processing, and collaborate with warehouse staff and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Receive, process, and verify customer orders with accuracy.
• Ensure orders are completed and shipped on time.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to fulfill orders and arrange shipments or deliveries.
• Escalate queries and concerns as needed to appropriate team members.
• Work with a team of Customer Service Representatives and other departments to address and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in logistics or transportation required.
• Proficiency with CargoWise software.
• Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Familiarity with WeChat for customer communication.
• Knowledge of ECCANG system is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Oversee stockroom staff and evaluate their performance.

DUTIES:

• Reads and interprets engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing.
• Inspects, tests, and documents incoming electrical parts for defects like soldering, crimping, and bonding.
• Writes inspection and non-conformance reports.
• Maintains and enforces quality standards.
• Documents testing of electrical products at various production stages for dimensional, electrical, and mechanical accuracy.
• Inspects and calibrates precision measuring tools
• Ensures proper packaging of electrical products for shipment.
• Travels as needed to support supplier audits or inspections.

Education:

• A High School Diploma is required.
• A two-year college (Associate Degree), Trade/Technical School or certification is desired.

Experience:

•  A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience.
