Helpmates is seeking a Manufacturing Associate in the city of Cerritos.This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to quality in a fast-paced production environment.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $18/hr. - $20/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform quality tasks in a production setting
Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals (SQDC)
Adapt to and promote changes in processes and workflows
Deliver excellent customer service
Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
Operate a microscope proficiently
Demonstrate dependability and the ability to work independently
Maintain flexibility with work assignments as needed
Approach challenges with a positive and solution-oriented mindset
Foster a culture of continuous improvement
Use and interpret various measuring devices accurately
Perform basic soldering tasks when required
Follow established procedures and processes precisely
Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
At least 1 + of Soldering experience
Ability to learn, apply, and retain training
Strong analytical and quality evaluation skills
Positive attitude and commitment to company values
Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate in a team environment
Strong attention to quality and detail
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
Ability to follow company procedures and troubleshoot issues
Education & Experience
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent manufacturing experience
