Helpmates is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join a growing team in a fast-paced warehouse/production environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, works well in a team, and has a strong work ethic. 

• Operate on a production line to sort, package, assemble, or inspect products
• Use RF scanner to track inventory, process shipments, and manage workflow
• Load and unload materials, supplies, or products from production areas
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Meet daily production goals and quality standards
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed

Requirements: 

• Must be eligible for hire and able to work in the U.S.
• Prior experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment required
• RF scanner proficiency 
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must
• English-speaking preferred for safety and communication purposes
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a team-oriented environment
