Physical Therapist - $40K SIGN ON BONUS   HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Physical Therapist to fill an opening with one of t the largest healthcare providers in the state of NM in Clovis, NM.   Daily Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
• Support patients and families through the rehabilitation process

  Shift: Day shifts available!   Required Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

• Active Physical Therapy License in New Mexico
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

  Preferred Qualifications for the Physical Therapist:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy
• Experience with Epic software

Pharmacist - North Vernon, IN

• Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence

Required Qualifications for Pharmacist:

• Bachelor's Degree in pharmacy
• Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing
