Freestanding Emergency Room RN  HealthCare Support is seeking an Emergency Room RN to join a fast-paced freestanding emergency department in Tallahassee, FL. This 24/7 facility delivers high-quality emergency care with advanced onsite diagnostics—perfect for nurses who thrive in rapid triage, critical decision-making, and high-acuity situations. You’ll have the autonomy of a smaller environment with the support of a full hospital system behind you. Shift Options: 

• Multiple shifts available to meet your scheduling needs including Nights and Evenings

Compensation Notes:  

• $32 - $44.88 hourly + Shift Differentials (if applicable)

Daily Responsibilities for Freestanding Emergency Room RN:

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages with acute and emergent conditions
• Perform rapid assessments and initiate stabilization, including IV therapy, medications, and advanced life support

Required Qualifications for Freestanding Emergency Room RN: 

• Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days) 
• 1+ year of ER experience

Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) – $5K Sign on Bonus  HealthCare Support is seeking a Respiratory Clinical Specialist (RT/RN) to join a top respiratory and DME provider supporting patients throughout the Methuen area.  This is a great opportunity for clinicians looking to transition away from bedside care into a more autonomous, patient-focused role centered around respiratory equipment setup, education, and ongoing clinical support.   This company offers a strong training and onboarding program and is open to clinicians from hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehab, and home health backgrounds — prior experience in respiratory DME is not required. Compensation:

• Base Pay of $45/hr – $50/hr (DOE)
• $5K Sign on Bonus
• Quarterly Bonus up to $1,000 per quarter ($4,000 annually) based on performance and eligibility criteria
• Mileage reimbursement

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm  Benefits:

• Active and unencumbered state licensure in Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT/RCP)
