Hospital Liaison - On site at the Hospital.  No trade show or patient visits at the home! HealthCare Support is seeking a Hospital Liaison to join a top respiratory and DME provider supporting patients throughout the Rochester, MN community.  This is a great opportunity to be in a more autonomous, patient-focused role centered around respiratory equipment. This company offers a strong training and onboarding program and is open to any healthcare background including hospitals, long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, rehab, and home health! Compensation:

• Hourly Pay - $22.00-$23.50
• Quarterly Bonus up to $800 per quarter based on performance and eligibility criteria

Schedule: 

• Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30/9 AM to 5/6 PM 

Benefits:

• PTO accrual starts from hire date and increases with tenure | Year 1–2: 104 hours/year (13 days)
• Floating Holidays (FHL) based on hire month: Up to 5 days
• Paid Holidays: 6 days (e.g., New Year’s Day, Independence Day, etc.)
• Health Benefits start on 91st day of continuous employment

Daily Responsibilities:

• Deliver O2 tanks and other DME equipment to discharging patients and checking in with referral sources about needs throughout the day

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 3+ years of related work experience
• Experience working with medical equipment or in a healthcare setting
• Familiarity with medical billing practices and insurance reimbursement
• Background in medical administration and record management
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Need to be very organized and detail oriented

DME Respiratory Therapist (RRT or RN) - $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS Healthcare Support is interviewing for a DME Respiratory Therapist (RRT or RN) in Rochester Hills, MI.  This role is ideal for clinicians who want to step outside of the hospital and bring life-changing respiratory support directly to patients where they live.  Enjoy more autonomy, variety in your workday, and the chance to see the immediate impact of your care with this opportunity! Compensation:

• $30 to $38 / hour
• $4,000 Sign on Bonus!

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, call every other weekend

ABA Behavioral Health Case Manager HealthCare Support is actively seeking an ABA Behavioral Health Case Manager to fill an opening. Daily Responsibilities for ABA Behavioral Health Case Manager:

• Obtaining information from providers on outpatient requests for treatment
• Determining if additional clinical treatment sessions are needed
• Identifying ways to add value to treatment plans and consulting with ABA provider staff or outpatient care providers on those ideas
• Hours of operation are from 7am - 7pm CST, 8-hour shift that fits within that timeframe.

Required Qualifications for ABA Behavioral Health Case Manager:

• Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in your State of Residence (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LBA, etc.); or licensed BCBA with the ability to obtain an LBA (if applicable)
• ABA Certified
• 3+ years of demonstrated post licensure experience in a pediatric mental health environment.

Preferred Qualifications for ABA Behavioral Health Case Manager:

• Managed Care experience
• Case Management experience
• Medical/Behavioral setting experience (i.e., hospital, managed care organization, or joint medical/behavioral outpatient practice)
