Home Health LPN- 10K sign on bonus!

  Looking to make an impact for patients and families in your community? HealthCare Support is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Grants Pass, OR and surrounding areas with a 4.5 STAR-rated healthcare provider. As a Home Health LPN, you’ll have the opportunity to work at the top of your license while providing personalized, one-on-one care to patients in their homes.   Daily Responsibilities for the Home Health LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse:

• Home healthcare nurses provide follow-up care to patients after they have been discharged from a hospital or rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or long-term care facility
• Provide (on a daily basis) paperwork as required by agency to maintain accurate and complete medical records

 

• Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay Details: 

• Pay: Up to $39.85/hour
• $10k sign-on bonus! 

Required Qualifications for the Home Health LPN / Licensed Practical Nurse:  

• Currently Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in Oregon
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
• At least 1-year acute care experience as an LVN (Home Health, Med-Surg, ED, SNF etc.)
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured and in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and in good working order

 CVICU Registered Nurse  We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (CVICU) to join a leading hospital in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Required Qualifications for CVICU RN

• Active Florida RN license or compact license (must obtain FL license within 90 days of hire)
• 1+ year of ICU experience
