Mail Room Inserting Operator

HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Mail Room Inserting Operator to fill an opening with a Fortune top 25 Managed Care Company in Getzville, NY 14068. This is an onsite role. Shift is Sunday-Saturday 6:30am-2:30pm, Thursday-Friday OFF, Monday-Wednesday 3pm-11pm.  Daily Responsibilities for Mail Room Inserting Operator:

• Produce mail pieces using automated inserting technology
• Operate folding machines, cutter and bindery equipment
• Operate machines that insert printed matter, such as letters or booklets into envelopes
•  Maintain equipment using provided maintenance schedule
• Maintain optimal level of productivity
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stand for a long period of time
• Hand and machine inserting printed letters into envelopes
• Inserting letters into envelops using mail production equipment
• Focusing on quality that is in line with HIPAA standards

Required Qualifications for Mail Room Inserting Operator:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience working in production, manufacturing, or retain exp
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Independent worker

Preferred Qualifications for Mail Room Inserting Operator:

• 1+ years of experience working in mail production facility, trouble shooting machine issues
• USPS Postal regulation exp

Daily Responsibilities

• Review and validate medical documentation against selected ICD?9/ICD?10, CPT, HCPCS, and HCC codes, correcting inaccuracies, auditing charts, and ensuring all claims meet compliance and clean?submission standard
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to resolve coding issues, deliver ongoing education, and support accurate documentation, coding quality, and workflow efficiency across daily encounters

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• CPC, CCS, CCA, or CCS-P certification
