Director of Clinical Research Operations HealthCare Support is seeking an experienced, Director of Clinical Research Operations to join a Privately held clinical research organization in Miami, FL specializing in early- and late-phase drug development, with a strong focus on advancing innovative therapies within complex CNS and specialty disease areas! Schedule: 

• Monday- Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Compensation:

• $200K + up to 20% bonus (depending on experience)
• Relocation/Sign-On-Bonus offered*

Daily Responsibilities:

• Responsible for running the day-to-day operations of those clinical trials at the site level, making sure everything happens correctly, efficiently, and in compliance with strict regulatory standards. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related field
• 7+ years of experience in clinical operations, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Must have experience with First-in-Human, pharmacokinetic (PK), and pharmacodynamic (PD)
• Strong understanding of FDA, ICH, and GCP regulations and guidelines
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical management software.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical trial operations, including study start-up, site selection, patient recruitment, monitoring, data management, and study close-out
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of clinical operations professionals

Now Hiring: Travel Nurse Educator – Dialysis (5008X Trainer) Nationwide Travel | Paid Training Included 50-Week Contract | No Direct Patient Care | RN Role   Be part of a groundbreaking national project! We're seeking experienced Dialysis RNs to join a high-impact team rolling out the cutting-edge 5008X dialysis machine in clinics across the U.S.   Your Role As a Travel Nurse Educator, you'll:

• Deliver hands-on training to clinic staff (RNs, LPNs, Techs) on the 5008X machine
• 2-week deployment cycles to different clinics nationwide. Traveler is responsible for all travel expenses.
• Provide on-site support during live treatments (no direct patient care)
• Promote safe and effective machine use through collaboration and coaching

What You’ll Get

• 50-week contract with strong potential for extension and renewal
• Full paid training before independent deployment
• Dedicated recruiter to support you throughout your journey
• Schedules released approximately 2 months in advance to assist with travel planning. Variable shift schedules that align with clinic operating hours.
• Travel reimbursement is provided every 13 weeks. No receipts required!
• License reimbursement for approved state licenses required for the project

What You’ll Need

• Active multi-state RN License
• Willingness to obtain additional state licenses. CA, IL, and NY are current priority states.
• Minimum 1 year of chronic dialysis RN experience within the past 2 years
• Current AHA or ARC BLS certification
• Willingness to travel full-time and lead hands-on training. Will require frequent relocation per deployment schedule.

Compensation

• Gross Weekly Pay of $3,200 After Training
  • Taxable hourly and stipends will vary depending on deployment location.
• $1,000 Referral Bonus for referred clinicians that work 90 days
