About Nicole Weller:

Nicole is an excellent and professionally awesome recruiter. The facility should have given the recruiter a true description of the facility and community served. Mental Health/Psychiatric nursing vs IDD community. They didn't tell us that 1-2 per week there could be forced OT for 12 hour shifts due to almost daily staff call outs.

About Mike Gagnon:

My timesheet did not get submitted and I was not going to get paid on our regular payday. I talked to HR and they promised that they would get it corrected. They didn’t but Mike made sure I got paid. He explained to me that I would have the money deposited in my account by the end of payday and not at the beginning like I am accustomed to. I appreciated that so much. We will see how things work out tomorrow.
