Hi there! My name is Dylan and I've been a recruiter here at Cell Staff since May 2022. Currently, I am working to staff healthcare professionals around North Carolina, Oklahoma, and Kentucky.

Before Cell Staff, I was a student-athlete at Ave Maria University in Naples, FL. I received both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in Business Management. While playing football I was named 1st team all-conference several times, led my team in tackles for 2 seasons, and held the record for most Sacks in a singles game (4).

Now, I spend most of my time with my Fiance, Sydney, enjoying the Florida Sunshine on the weekends. We have a dog named Harley (Belgium Malinois/Dutch Sheperd) who is the sweetest.

Why I love to recruit
I love recruitment because it allows me to help nurses find better future opportunities. Also, the relationship we build here at Cell Staff from a medical recruiter to a nurse is something you will not find at any other agency.

When I'm not working I like to
Go fishing. I have a bass boat and do tournament fishing with my neighbor once a month. Flordia outdoors is a privilege to experience. Between the springs, beaches, rivers, and lakes we have a lot we can do on the weekends.
