Rich has been amazing throughout my entire time with Cell Staff. I started out being hired by a different recruiter but when that employee left Cell Staff, Richard stepped in immediately. He made it a point to contact me directly, introduce himself, etc. We were notified very last minute that I would be transferring facilities and he immediately found me another contract. Working with ODOC is like pulling teeth and the process of getting switched over is unreasonably difficult. Richard is very responsive and has been doing everything possible to facilitate the process and keep me in the loop the entire time. Highly recommend.
