Four agents with your agency contacted me via text or call in Nov-December regarding my application with you for an LPN position at Collins CF, Collins, NY. Only 1 responded back when I replied to their texts ot voicemails…Richard. Even when there was no open position, he still kept in touch and maintained communication with me until one became available. He did not rush or push. He was polite, friendly, professional, and comfortable to talk to. I stuck with your agency with many offers for others BECAUSE of his loyalty so I returned it. When a position opened, they tried to persuade me to work directly with state or I would likely be looked over because of working with an agency. Because of Rich’s commitment to get me that position since December, I told them I had to stay with Cellstaff and couldn’t work for the DOC D/T Rich working so hard to help me get the position. I got the job and there’s no doubt in my mind it was because they saw commitment and loyalty…me returning it as it was given to me. He is definitely an asset to your company.
Connor is very understanding, and willing to help work out any issues. He's very easy to talk to. I work recommend him to anyone looking for a travel position.
