Why I love to recruit
I love helping nurses reach their career, financial, and personal goals by finding them positions that allow them to grow and live more comfortably. I also love getting to know everyone I work with and learning about the different facilities and locations that we staff.

When I'm not working I like to
Spend time cruising new places on my motorcycle, trying out new restaurants, and spending time with family/friends.

About Andres Blanco:

I had an outstanding experience working with my recruiter Andres throughout the entire hiring process. From the very beginning, he was positive, attentive, professional, and genuinely supportive. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, he made himself available and responded promptly, which made me feel valued and reassured during my transition into my new position. What stood out most about Andres was that he did not make me feel like I was simply another candidate. He took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and make sure I understood each step of the process. His positive attitude and willingness to help made the entire experience smooth and much less stressful. He is truly an amazing person and an excellent recruiter. His professionalism is matched by his kindness, patience, and genuine concern for the people he works with. I am very grateful for his guidance and support and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a recruiter who truly cares about helping people succeed. Thank you Andres for making my experience such a positive one!
