Why I love to recruit
I love finding candidates jobs that they both love and feel valued at! For me, it's almost like a mission to find that perfect fit. Every candidate is different, so finding the position that works best for them and their lifestyle is the top priority. Aside from finding candidates the perfect position, I love getting to make new friends over the phone all over the country!
