You'll work closely with store management to craft attractive arrangements and keep the floral section neat, inviting, and inspiring. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with flowers and enjoys a dynamic, hands-on environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Merchandising and maintaining fresh floral displays to ensure they look attractive and appealing to customers.
  • Watering, cleaning, and caring for floral products to preserve their freshness and visual appeal.
  • Completing light paperwork and following planograms to ensure displays meet visual standards.
  • Lifting, bending, and moving floral products, sometimes lifting up to 40 pounds, with attention to safety and proper handling.
  • Creating beautiful and eye-catching floral arrangements and displays that brighten shopping experiences.

What You'll Bring:

  • A positive attitude, enthusiasm for floral design, and a genuine passion for creating beauty.
  • Reliability, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in floral arrangement, merchandising, or retail display is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate!
  • Basic physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
