Job Title: Production Specialist – Urgently Hiring!

We are seeking a Production Specialist for a temp-to-hire position with our client, an innovative manufacturer located in Biddeford, ME. The Production Specialist will support production operations by performing a variety of duties, including mold fabrication, thermoforming, mixing, machining, and assembly. The Production Specialist plays a key role in ensuring that high-quality products are delivered efficiently and on schedule. This is a hands-on, full-time opportunity located in Biddeford, Maine.

As a Production Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting production by executing tasks in mold fabrication, thermoforming, mixing, machining, shaping, and assembly

• Operating a PC and various hand and pneumatic tools

• Interpreting drawings and following instructions for mixing, measuring, machining, coating, and shaping

• Collaborating effectively with Production and Engineering teams

• Maintaining accurate records and traceability throughout each production stage

• Mixing products according to instructions under the supervision of the Lead Technician

• Maneuvering and relocating goods using hand tools and equipment

• Operating CNC milling platforms and thermoforming machines

• Learning and adapting to specialized equipment and procedures

• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

• Performing additional duties as assigned by management

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained)
