Excellent communications both prior to following up to things such as initial contact with myself, contacting the business looking for the employer and to the interview and trial day. Every time I have contacted him and been unable to get hold of Tim, either via call or text, he has called me back very shortly after. Including a message I sent him outside of usual office hours. Can not fault him
