Tim Norford joined Astute in Sep 2019 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant. In 2021 Tim was promoted to Principal Recruitment Consultant. Tim works in Astute’s Renewables team as the Head of Renewables now, strategically leading the team and also recruiting permanent and contract roles across all levels, including Directors and C-suite, for leading businesses in the green technology and renewable energy space.

Tim completed a NVQ Level 3 in Recruitment to further his knowledge about the sector and his profession, which he puts into practice daily, also using this to upskill his team around him. Tim is an avid football fan, chief comedian in his team and has a musical side too. A creative and dynamic leader, Tim enjoys the tough journey of recruitment and in supporting people and companies with their respective careers and strategies.
